CBSE की डायरेक्टर ने कहा है कि देश के सभी सीबीएसई स्कूलों में प्राइमरी क्लासेज में मातृभाषा सिखाई जाएगी, यह मातृभाषाएं प्री प्राइमरी और प्राइमरी क्लासेज के बच्चों को सिखाई जाएगी.
सीबीएसई ने कहा है कि प्राइमरी बच्चों के लिए खास तौर पर तीन से आठ साल तक के बच्चों के लिए प्राइमर सिस्टम लाया जा रहा है जिसमें की सभी प्री प्राइमरी और प्राइमरी स्कूल के बच्चों को जो की सीबीएसई से रिलेटेड है उनको उनकी मातृभाषा में पढ़ाई जाएगी,
इस मोहिम को प्राइमर नाम दिया गया है सीबीएसई ने कहा है कि नेशनल एजुकेशन पॉलिसी 2020 और नेशनल करिकुलम फ्रेमवर्क को ध्यान में रखकर इस प्राइमर फ्रेमवर्क को तैयार किया गया है और तैयार किया जा रहा है जिससे की तीन से आठ साल तक के बच्चों के लिए मातृभाषा में सीखना और रीजनल भाषा में सीखना काफी आसान हो जाएगा.
सीबीएसई की डायरेक्टर प्रज्ञा सिंह ने कहा है कि इस प्राइमर फ्रेमवर्क के लिए एनसीईआरटी और इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ लैंग्वेज दोनों संस्थाएं मिलकर 52 भाषाओं में प्राइमरी स्कूल के बच्चों के लिए एजुकेशन पदार्थ तैयार करेंगे.
प्राइमरी स्कूल के बच्चों के लिए अभी फिलहाल 10 भाषाओं में मैटेरियल्स उपलब्ध है इन भाषाओं में नेपाली, शेरपा, तुलू, बोडो, गारो, खन्नदेशी, किन्नौरी, कूकी, मणिपुरी, भूतिया, . भाषाओं के लिए मैटेरियल्स तैयार हो गए हैं
इस प्राइमर मॉडल से देश भर के बच्चों का फाउंडेशन मजबूत होगा जिससे कि उनको आगे चलकर पढ़ाई करने में आसानी मिलेगी और हमारी मातृभाए हमें आगे चलकर अच्छी नींद दे सकती है इसके लिए इस मुहिम पर काम किया जा रहा है अभी फिलहाल को शामिल किया गया है लेकिन कल 52 भाषाओ पर काम किया जा रहा है.
